Radiating Love: Challenge

It’s a busy time of year for most of us, with the holidays, end-of-year work to be completed, family commitments…the list seems to be endless.  Add in recent world events and people’s reactions to them, and it becomes really easy to numb ourselves and lose connection with what we really are: pure, unconditional love.

Personally, I feel as if our planet and its inhabitants are bereft of love at a time when it most needs it.  I’m challenging myself to pause before reacting to situations or people, take a deep breath, connect to Source, and then respond from a place of love. I’m also filling myself up with love before I go out on my day-to-day business and consciously radiating love out to the people I encounter.  It’s something that I can easily do that will help others and raise the consciousness of the planet.
