Next week I leave for a six-month or so journey.  I’ll be following my heart as I write my next book.

I’m starting in Guatemala and then will see where I’m led to from there. One thing I’ve come to realize over the past few months is that I, like may others, had created unnecessary boundaries and limiting beliefs in my life that were preventing me from living my life to the fullest. This trip is the first step to releasing those boundaries and fears.

I’ll continue to do my shamanic and coaching work from wherever I am in the world, and truly believe that this journey will help me grow and evolve spiritually…which can only help me in my work.

I’m excited about this new adventure and will be posting updates on my journey through my blog.  I hope you’ll follow along and share your own stories about how you are choosing to live authentically!

  1. It looks like you are at Lake Antilan. A beautiful place to see and to study. Wishing you the best journey. From my personal experience Guatemala is a great place to start and Mount Shasta a great place to return. . With peace and love, Mark

    1. Hi Mark, that is the lake, but I’ll actually be staying in one of the small villages near Flores in Peten. I leave on Friday and am so excited! Thank you for the well wishes. I’ll keep you posted on my adventure. Love you!
