Some shameless self-promotion here 🙂
I’m so excited – my second book, Where To? How I Shed My Baggage and Learned to Live Free, was just awarded the Finalist award in the Spirituality: Inspirational category of the 2019 Best Book Awards! It’s the second award the book has won (the first was Finalist in the Autobiography/Memoir category of the 2019 International Book Awards).
If you haven’t checked out the book yet, you can find it on Amazon. The book chronicles my adventures as I leave corporate America and spend a year traveling through Guatemala, Japan, Cambodia and Thailand…and discover a whole lot about myself and how I had been holding myself back from living the life of my dreams. It also includes a worksheet for readers to use to help them live a courageously authentic life.
The reviews so far have been very positive. One of my favorites has been from Reader’s Favorite Book Reviews:
“Some memoirs tell us stories and open up worlds we never knew, but some open up places in our own hearts and souls that we have wanted to explore and have never given ourselves the chance to do so. Where To? How I Shed My Baggage and Learned to Live Free by Jennifer B. Monahan belongs to the second category of memoirs…It is a spiritual testament, a book that describes a journey towards inner freedom and authenticity.”
Would love to hear your thoughts on the book and whether it helps you on your personal journey.
